WeWork has secured a new location for its headquarters by WeWork at 30 Wall Street in the Financial District.

The co-working giant will be taking approximately 50,000 s/f across the second, third, fourth, sixth and 11th floors of the building with average floor plates of 11,500 square feet.

The company expects to open this location to members in the third quarter of 2019.

headquarters by WeWork provides members with a private, personalized and flexible workspace. Targeted at small-and mid-sized companies, it offers companies the ability to have a dedicated, tailored workspace with more flexible lease terms and less upfront investment.

WeWork now has 40 headquarters locations in New York, San Francisco and Toronto where the company announced its entry on April 30.

In total, WeWork expects to have 270 locations dedicated to the headquarters concept globally by the end of the year. Arash Gohari, co-head of Real Estate for US, Canada and Israel at WeWork, oversees a team responsible for securing locations for headquarters by WeWork.

This will add to our presence in FiDi, where we are seeing incredible demand from companies of all shapes and sizes wanting to be a part of our community.”
