Ruth Colp-Haber

I am pleased to serve as co-chair of the international convention of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) which will be held in New York City from September 28- October 1 along with Jonathan Schein, CEO of RELPI. We expect a sold-out house of members and guests to attend the multitude of educational seminars, talks, tours and social events addressing virtually every aspect of real estate. In one of the dozens of sessions and activities, I will be holding a fireside chat with NYC real estate icon William Rudin of the Rudin Management Company, which owns and operates more than 10 million square feet of commercial office space and more than 4 million square feet of residential buildings.

Established in 1953, the CRE (www.cre.org) is an international consortium of innovative and credentialed real estate problem solvers who provide expert advice and are trusted advisors finding solutions to complex real estate challenges. Membership is extended by invitation and includes principals of prominent real estate, financial, legal, and accounting firms as well as developers, economists, futurists, and ranking leaders of Wall Street and academia.

Individual counselors practice in 22 countries and offer expertise in more than 60 real estate disciplines across all asset classes. Those designated a “Counselor of Real Estate” are prominent real estate practitioners recognized for their expertise, experience, and ethics in providing advice that influences real estate decisions.

As a result, the CRE is a perfect fit for the services we provide at Wharton Property Advisors assisting tenants who are looking to lease office space, dispose of excess space, want to renegotiate their lease or just have questions. We proudly represent our clients with integrity, creativity, independence and diligence.

Thank you,
Ruth Colp-Haber
